Link Policy and Submission
Submission to our link directory is open to all sites that meet our requirements, however inclusion in the IslandsRealEstate.net Directory is at the sole discretion of the webmaster and may be denied without explanation or prior notice.
Submission Procedure
Submitting a website for inclusion is quick and easy. Simply complete the form at the bottom of this page and your request will be forwarded to the webmaster for review. Generally if a website is accepted for inclusion in the directory, it will be added within two business days.
IMPORTANT! Before submitting your request for a link, you must add our reciprocal link to a page that is accessible from the main areas of your website, is indexed by one or more search engines and meets our linking guidelines below. You may use one of our text links as shown below and it must be linked to http://www.islandsrealestate.net.

Reciprocal Link Requirements
Our reciprocal link may not be posted on a page which is not accessible from the main areas of your website. Your internal link to the page that our link appears on must not be hidden from the casual visitor (i.e. - stuck at the very bottom of the page in a 6 pixel font size). Websites that have incurred the wrath of major search engines (most notably Google) and have been dropped from search indexes for underhanded search ranking tactics will not be linked to. In addition, we do not trade links with "link farms" (websites which feature a links page, usually generated by link software, with thousands of miscellaneous links).
Content Requirements
We will only list website links that are pertinent to the real estate industry, the local area or homeownership. For an idea of whether or not your website will fit our criteria, you can view our directory categories to see what types of websites we currently link to. In addition, your website must offer some degree of original content. Banner farms and link sites will not be considered for inclusion in our index.
